I am a super fussy eater so I get it. I will exclude any ingredients that you dislike, include ingredients or types of meals you love or only eat. I will also only create a meal plan for you based on ingredients that are available in the country you are from, I will also be able to completely remove any foods that you are allergic to. I can also give you meals based on your cooking time and cooking budget.
Yes you will have direct app chat access to me to ask questions, support or even just to show me your new haircut. I will be on hand Monday-Friday on the chat feature in most cases you will always get a response that same day if not a maximum of 24 hours.
I normally like to get your first set of plans out to you within 48 hours.
No you do not have to, I will work out everything for you from your weekly calories which may change from time to time as well as your macros depending on your weekly check ins and progress. However, my app has a food diary feature where you can scan foods and track your meals nice and easy so if you ever eat out of want to go off plan it is easy to stay on track with the calories and macros I have set you.
